How We Got Here
Look, we didn't start with some grand vision or fancy business plan. Just a couple of gearheads who got tired of watching people get ripped off at dealerships.
Started in a cramped single-bay garage that barely fit a compact sedan. Our first customer? A neighbour's beat-up Jetta that three other shops couldn't fix. We figured it out in an afternoon.
Word spread faster than we expected. Had to move to a proper shop on Kingsway when we realized we were booking out three weeks in advance. Added two more bays and brought on Mike - he's the transmission wizard you'll meet later.
Turns out Vancouver's got a ton of BMWs, Audis, and VWs that need real attention. We invested in Euro-specific diagnostic equipment and training. Now we're one of the few independent shops that can handle most European makes without sending you to the dealership.
Six bays, a crew of eight techs who actually know what they're doing, and a waiting room with decent coffee (not that gas station stuff). We've worked on everything from classic Volvos to brand new Teslas that needed real mechanics, not just software updates.
We're adding more hybrid and EV capabilities 'cause that's where things are heading. But we'll never lose sight of what matters - treating your car like it's our own and not charging you for stuff you don't need.

Multiple techs hold Red Seal certification - basically the gold standard for automotive technicians in Canada.
ASE Certified
We've got ASE certs in engine repair, brakes, electrical systems, and heating/AC. It's like the North American version of proof we know our stuff.
OEM Training
Regular training sessions with BMW, VW/Audi, and other European manufacturers. Keeps us up to date on new tech and common issues.
Hybrid/EV Qualified
Completed high-voltage safety training and hybrid/EV system diagnostics. Can work on most modern electrified vehicles safely.
